Linda your salmon dish sounds so good. I ordered the grenache today and will be trying with your salmon dish. Love the Indian spicing.
Love Indian and spicy food too, Suzanne. I hope you will really enjoy the menu! 🙂
Salmon is not my favourite fish, but I have to admit that the mint chutney it is very intriguing…. and I was also wandering how you always make my mouth watering even with the ingredients that I don’t usually like…. you are more than gifted!
The mint chutney brings a strong flavor to the dish, Margherita . Thank you so much for all the kind words. I always admire your style of cooking. Have a great weekend! 🙂
I’m planning to give this a try, Linda! I’ve only recently started to like salmon, and only if the fillets happen to be fat and juicy 🙂 but I think your salmon tikka will turn me into a less fussy salmon eater! Sounds so flavorful! Great recipe!
Angie, this marinade brings a velvety texture to the salmon even without chutney. I really hope you will enjoy the recipe. Have a wonderful weekend xoxo
Stefano can’t help but stare at your fabulous pictures and drool over them. I think I must buy salmon like tomorrow! 🙂
Francesca, however you cook salmon, this fish is always delicious but this version is really nice. Thank you both of you and have a great weekend! 😉
