Salmon is not my favourite fish, but I have to admit that the mint chutney it is very intriguing…. and I was also wandering how you always make my mouth watering even with the ingredients that I don’t usually like…. you are more than gifted!

I’m planning to give this a try, Linda! I’ve only recently started to like salmon, and only if the fillets happen to be fat and juicy 🙂 but I think your salmon tikka will turn me into a less fussy salmon eater! Sounds so flavorful! Great recipe!

    1. Angie, this marinade brings a velvety texture to the salmon even without chutney. I really hope you will enjoy the recipe. Have a wonderful weekend xoxo
